Before you Escape
Please plan to be ready ten minutes prior to your treatment time. We suggest you refrain from wearing jewelry as we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal items. Please let your provider know if you have any special physical or medical conditions, considerations, or medications.
Spa Policy
We request the courtesy of twenty-four hours’ notice in the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. “No Shows” will be charged full value of the treatment.
PAZ Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Service will be immediately terminated upon any inappropriate guest behavior at any time during the treatment and full payment will be charged to guest room account.
